Zum 27. Tag der Offenen Tür laden die Künstlerinnen und Künstler des Künstlerhofs Frohnau herzlich ein. Am 7. und 8.September von 11 bis 19 Uhr.
Seit 1998 bietet der Künstlerhof Frohnau mit freundlicher Unterstützung des Bezirksamtes Reinickendorf und großer Eigeninitiative der Künstlerinnen und Künstler einen Ort für die Produktion von und die Reflektion über Kunst in all ihren Formen.

Ausstellungen auf dem Gelände: Susanne Schill, Christiana Wirthwein-Vormbäumen, Rosika Jankó-Glage, Franziska Pierwoss
Das Café der Künstlerin Anja Braunsdorf im Altbau Foyer ist an beiden Tagen geöffnet und bietet hausgemachte Kuchen, Eintöpfe, Salate und vegetarische Grillspezialitäten. Begleitet vom argentinischen Klangkünstler Lucas Sofia.
Samstag, 7. September
11:00 Uhr Eröffnung & Begrüßung im Foyer Altbau mit Dr. Cornelia Gerner (Leiterin des Kunstamtes Reinickendorf), Kaya Behkalam (Vorstand Künstlerhof Frohnau e.V.) und Bardo Henning (Musiker). Die Ateliers sind im Anschluss geöffnet.
12:00 Uhr, Geführte Tour durch die Ateliers mit Katarzyna Sekulla, Treffpunkt: am Eingangstor
15:00 Uhr, im Atelier 5/Bardo Henning: „So kann’s kommen – Eine Schwitterperformance“. Der Schauspieler Egon Hofmann inszeniert einen Parforceritt durch das literarische Oeuvre des dadaistischen Malers Kurt Schwitters und Bardo Henning liefert den passenden Soundtrack dazu.
17:00 Uhr, vor dem Gastatelier: „Seeing Sound Ensemble: Classically minimal“. Ein 9köpfiges Musikensemble spielt „Music For Pieces of Wood“ von Steve Reich, und „In C“ von Terry Riley in einem Arrangement mit 2 Saxophonen, Akkordion, Keyboards, E-Gitarre, Vibraphon, Marimbaphon, Perkussion und elektronischen Klängen feat. Dirk Engelhardt – Tenor Saxophon, Felix Wahnschaffe – Alt Saxophon, Bardo Henning, Jörg Schippa und Franz Bauer – Vibraphon. Leitung: Ray Kaczynski
18:30 Uhr, Gastatelier: Luiza Prado – Councils of the Pluriversal, Work-in-Progress Präsentation
Sonntag, 8.September
12:00 Uhr, Geführte Tour durch die Ateliers mit Katarzyna Sekulla, Treffpunkt: am Eingangstor
14:00 Uhr, vor dem Pavillon: Ausgestattet mit Baritonsax, Schlagzeug und Akkordeon stimmen die Bardomaniacs ihre musikalische Reise durch die Urbane Folklore an. Ob Jazz, Tango, Balkanbeat, Walzer oder Reggae – alles präsentieren sie nonchalant gemischt und selbst komponiert.
15:00-19:00 Uhr, vor dem Gastatelier: Christian Blumberg mischt experimentelle Musik, Feldaufnahmen und Soundscapes zu einer akustischen Klanglandschaft.
Die Veranstaltung wird unterstützt aus Mitteln des Bezirksamtes Reinickendorf, Abteilung Bauen, Bildung und Kultur, Fachbereich Kunst und Geschichte im Rahmen der Dezentralen Kulturarbeit.

OPEN STUDIO DAYS AT KHF BERLIN
You are cordially invited to the 27th Open Studio days at KHF Berlin – Künstlerhof Frohanu, on September 7th and 8th, from 11:00-19:00.
Since 1998 KHF offers spaces for the production of and reflection on art in all its forms. At KHF more than 40 artists work and live in a former hospital complex in the middle of the woods of Berlin-Reinickendorf.
Program:
The café of artist Anja Braunsdorf will be open on both days, offering homemade cakes, stews, salads and vegetarian barbeque. Accompanied by the Argentinean sound artist Lucas Sofia.

A journey through the literary oeuvre of Dada artist Kurt Schwitters with the actor Egon Hofmann and the musician Bardo Henning.
5:00pm, in front of the guest studio: „Seeing Sound Ensemble: Classically minimal“
A multi-instrumental rendition of „Music For Pieces of Wood“ by Steve Reich, and „In C“ by Terry Riley with 2 saxophones, accordion, keyboards, electric guitar, vibraphone, marimba, percussion and electronic sounds feat. Dirk Engelhardt – tenor saxophone, Felix Wahnschaffe – alto saxophone, Bardo Henning, Jörg Schippa and Franz Bauer – vibraphone. Director: Ray Kaczynski
